We're a two-person company buying one business. This page explains what happens to anything you send us.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form on this site: your name, email, and whatever details about your business you choose to share. We don't run analytics, we don't use advertising trackers, and we don't set cookies beyond what our host needs to serve the page.

What we do with it

We read it, and one of us replies. That's the whole purpose.

Who else sees it

Nobody, unless we're actively working on a transaction with you. At that point it's shared only with our SBA lender and our attorney, both of whom are bound to keep it confidential. We don't sell information, we don't share it with other buyers or brokers, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

If we're not a fit, we delete your submission within 90 days. If we're in a conversation, we keep it for as long as the conversation is live and for seven years afterward if a transaction closes, because our lender and our accountants require it.

Getting it deleted

Email info@coastalridgeventures.com and ask. We'll confirm when it's done.

Security

Submissions come to us over an encrypted connection and sit in our email and our form provider's inbox. We're not going to claim more than that — if you have something genuinely sensitive, wait until we've signed your NDA and send it directly.
